Rich (HTML) area does not appear

I have two tables, each with a "notes" field and both have them set identically in AppGini: Data Type of Text, Rich (HTML) area checked, and "Hide in table view" checked.

When I edit the content for one of them, the notes field appears.

However, in the other one, the notes field does not appear, regardless of whether it is an existing record or new one.

What am I missing?

Fixed it by selecting overwrite all when publishing/generating
