ADMIN does not register new users Appgini 5.74

Hello friends

I updated an app for the new version of AppGini 5.74 and users that already existed before the upgrade are logging in normally, but I can not register new users.

When you click the register, exits the app and the new user disapear.

I need to register an URGENT user, how should I proceed?

Marcelo, if you have access to workbench/php myadmin you could add the user in the back end for now

I tried both signing up a new user via the signup form and from the admin area of the online Northwind demo, and both worked fine. Could you record a screencast of the issue and link to it here or send it via our support form please?

I have sent to the site support, an email with the project containing attachment, the files generated in PHP and a database backup of a test application and a link containing the application hosted on my server.
The app was generated from scratch in 5.75 which still has the same problem as the older ones generated in 5.72
