Do we get any initial installation support?

Hi,

I tried to open a support ticket last week, because it's so far impossible to activate on a certain PC. I wanted to see if it were possible to do an offline activation.

But they haven't responded. Does AppGini offer any installation assistance within e.g. the first 30 days of purchase?

You might try updating the ticket. I've never had problems getting a response from support. Maybe a day or two delay, but never a week.

I've never had a problem with installation, so I can't speak to that, but I've always found Ahmad, Noha et al to be responsive.
