The image lookup has been corrected, but when uploading images, the image is not displayed, needing to press F5 to refresh the screen and display the image.
How to solve this problem?

I've checked the issue now and was indeed able to reproduce it under some scenarios. For a temporary fix, please open the generated thumbnail.php file in a text editor and find the line:

/* force caching */

Then comment the 9 lines following it by adding // at the beginning of each. We're investigating the issue in depth and will make a fix for it as soon as possible.
