importeren a .csv file? how big may that be.?

Helllo I need help on importing a large .csv file. I convert this from a .xlsx exel file. This does not work. Is there a restriction on how many rows can importeren the .csv file? I meen the .csv file is 40mb.

Please advice is needed.
