character encoding bug

Hi, there is a bug if you do this:

1-Go to project>properties.
2-Choose western character encoding.
3-Save the project.
4-Go to edit a table.
5-Save the project.
6-Go to project>properties: appears US Ascii character encoding selected.

Don't save the selected character encoding (western).

Please fix this bug.
