BOX Card for AppGini & Bootstrap3

Hello !
I want to leave you in this opportunity pieces of code for the construction of a box-card in the style of bootstrap4, but in appgini's BS3, all the handling of the events, styles and function triggers is credit of AdminLTE 2.
I adapted a small part of the code from them so that it can work with appgini and I built a small function to create a box-card without much effort.
