I am thinking down the road here but I am thinking a making an application where my colleagues, who I would assign varies levels of permission to, would do most of the data entry. Is it possible public users of the application could view and search the application without having to log in. Almost like a Google search where you don't login, you just use the system. I hope I have made myself clear. Thank you.

you can set " Edit Anonymous Permissions" in the admin area to read only to the tables that you want to show to the users without logging in.
