Date within Dropdown Field

Good afternoon everyone!
I want my dropdown field to have two options - DATE or N/A.
When i select the DATE option, i want it to pop up a date for me to select or an option for me to type in the date.
When i select the N/A option, i want it to just simply say N/A.
