open word template and fill with existing data

Hi,
I'm undering to anyone can help me, Im new into this,...
I have employee database and using this I need to fill in Open/print several words templates which need to be filled with the info existing on the database m so can anyone have a tutorial to explain how this can be possible, I'm around and so far I could get it anything to work.
The idea is to add another table with the templates, and to have a click button to select the template on the word file would open or print filled with the info show on the screen.... or something like this
