Image with Menu display

Dear All,
Can somebody please help me with this....How can an image together with menu display as a navigation menu, or better how can Image replace the wording of the menu - where for example the menu's name is Horse and the Word Horse is replaced with an image of a horse?
Attached, please see the screenshot. I am using Appgini 5.50
