how much is for a custom hook to print

hi, i need some customize hook. how much is for:
-write a code to print a receipt like the picture, with the data of parent/children records from 2 tables. Then, write instructions to add more fields if I want, like logo,or something like that, and modify the code for another type of printer (text size, margins, etc). Please check the image, and answer here the cost if you can do that.
