BarCode Filed

I have a Barcode Filed (I will use http://www.barcodephp.com/ to generate from there the image...I hope)
So, I would like to produce following:
1) barcode (EAN-13) auto create by pasting some other field parts:
CUSTOMER_ID(1)+LOTTO(6)+DATA_LOTTO(part of it: yyyymm)
DATA_LOTTO is an automatic value: Creation Date

These are just few small things....the rest I hope to solve with Guru Uday
