Update a table when an option is selected on the another tab

Hello All,

Can someone please help on the below explanation.
I have two tables, ROOMS table and GUESTS table.

i would like to update the "status field" in the "ROOMS table" to either Available or Unavailable, when "status field" on the "GUEST table" is changed from either "checked in" or "checked out".

Can you please help me with the code?
