Peter.. another feature.. Copy RECORD TO DIFFERENT TABLE

I would love to take the APPLICANT from my database table and move them to the STAFF table when they are officially HIRED.
This would involve taking the record from one table and moving it to another.. the table fields are similiar but not exactly the same, I would love to be able to map the fields and import them to the new table.. would be better if I could run a filter based on a field like HIRE DATE, and use that from the Applicants and move them all over at one time, with a quick "Wizard"
