Time Picker

Hello, why do we have the most annoying Time Picker and when is this going to change to something decent? 
Does someone knows how to change to for example real clock looking Time Picker? There are plenty bootstrap Time Pickers available, but I have no idea how to or even possible to change. I was hoping there will be one from Jan in his Appgini Helper that I purchased, but nah, just another Date Picker. Hopefully Dear Jan will spend another minute in his magic workshop and give us the clock! Thanks anyway, good work.
