SCENARIO:
i have got 3 fields in ORPM,
1)Rental Amount
2)Increased Rent(in terms of percentage)
3)New rent

i need to increase rent after every one month or one year, So when i increase rent, automatically it should display in New rent field.

Rental Amount+Increased Rent=New rent

How do i implement in ORPM????I need a code for this anyone help me out..
