AG app - new 'Tab ID' field in field detail

If the AG designer had an additional element for field definitions - Tab ID - it would make it easier for [well, me] to code tools to automate tabbed forms in the tablename_dv hook. It would also allow the designer to control field->tab assignments, without jiggering field names etc.
No additional code or logic for AG, other than display the entry field and keep it in the project file.
