I have a holidays table with a date field. I need to update only the year and not the month or day. Is there a way with Mass Update or can I enter a wildcard into the date field that allows only month and date and allows for the current year ?

not sure what you try to achieve. Do you want to update existing records, or limit the input to existing record to only update the year?
