redirect field when using batch action created with mass update plugins

For example,

1)Getting values from ColumnA from selected ids and construct a link with xxx.com?ids=ColumnAs (separated with commas).
No issues to construct the link.

2)Redirect to a page with the constructed link.

I wonder how to open the constructed link in a new window. Need some helps.
