Possible to have uploaded files available for multiple sites?

Hi,
Is there a really simple solution to have the uploaded files available for both websites?
I have website 1 and website 2
Both websites are feed from the same database
when user upload a file on the website 1 I want to be able to see the file in website 2
Has anyone already solved this?
