Pull Data From Another Database

I would like to know if it is actually possible to link my current database for example, I have created a field/table name order id now in that field, I want to do it in a way that when we type the order number that query actually pulls the information from another database and display all the fields and it will allow us to enter our notes and save to our appgini file , is that something I can do in Appgini - this is more like a Pre-Sale Question.
