Removing "Powered By" line

Post by bdurfee » 2013-10-23 20:35

I saw a post about the beta of 5 that said there would be an option to remove the "Powered by Appgini" line. Did it make it into the final version? I'm using 5.12 and I haven't seen it.

You ever had one of those days where you searched for the hard answer and missed the easy one. I was looking for a setting, opened home.php and there it was. For those of you who visit this post wondering how to remove the credit line:

Generate your application
Open home.php
Remove the credit line
Open login.php
Remove the credit line

Yep. It's that simple.

That is a hard way out.
There is an option to do this from inside Appgini:
Go to AppGini Preferences (icon with screw driver fifth icon form the right)
Go to Project defaults
Check: Hide "Powered by "AppGini" footer in generated applications.
;)

@bdurfee
but your work around is a good way to change the credits line for branding etc.
