The captcha is case-insensitive so it doesn't matter if you're using Caps lock or not. My guess is that there is a misconfiguration in PHP session handling. You can disable the captcha from the generated definitions.php file (change the FORCE_SETUP_CAPTCHA value to false). But I suspect you'll face an issue in login later on if this is due to session misconfig.

This happened with me too. I'm glad I found this thread. I cleared my cookies and cache and restarted my browser and it worked properly.

It may be helpful to update your setup page at https://bigprof.com/appgini/help/workin ... tion/setup to mention the captcha and what to do in case it doesn't work properly when setting up.

It was to do with the php version.
