You've 1 year free upgrade after you bought your AppGini. As Ahmad say's just check to download the Pro and you'll be asked to key in your Access/Activation Data and you'll directly know.

OK, thanks for the info. I checked my records and I purchased and upgrade on Aug 8 2012. It seems I need to purchase the newest upgrade again. Thanks for your help. and thanks for your continuing to develop and support the AppGini program. It's a big time saver.

I've been customer for a few years and upgrades last for 12 months. If you purchased an upgrade in August 2012, it means you're entitled to all new releases for nothing until next August. I've always found Ahmad to be a great person to deal with, so don't pay anything until he sorts it out for you . . . and he will!

That's right, His upgrade will be free till August 8. 2013 without problem. Ahmad will sort it out if you couldn't upgrade using your Registration E-mail and the Activation Code you was getting.

Mark, just asserting the replies to your question. If you bought on August 2012, you don't need to purchase an upgrade until August 2013 ... If you're still unable to download the latest version, just send me your email using the support form at
http://bigprof.com/appgini/support-request to check if there is anything wrong and fix it.
P.S. Sorry for the delay ... I'm traveling out of my home country currently and wasn't able to get a reliable internet connection until today.
