Access interaction sql tool

I have the 'Allow admin access to interaction sql tool' ticked in my project and have generated, but the feature isn't showing in my Admin Utilities. I'm V22.12. Can anybody else see this in their Utilities? If so, any ideas why I can't? Thanks.
