Hi Girls & Guys,

Sorry for a "newbie" question - but I have to be sure on this:

I'm adding a new table in a current live project. The table contains several data-fields.
This new table has no correlations with any other table (nor field) already used in the working online application.

My QUESTION is:

Can I be sure that the existing database data will remain "intact" (by intact, I mean still working OK) after updating the existing project with a new table?

Short answer: YES,

BUT: Always make a backup of you DB first !!
