password reset / email issue

Hi, I'm not receiving emails from my AppGini app. (Neither are users when they use the password reset.) It had been working - now it's not and I'm not aware that anything has changed. I use Server Address: smtp.office365.com Username: (my office365 email) Password: (my 365 Password) Port Number: 587 (With TLS). Any hints as to how to get going again?

Did you try sending test mails in Admin area? Check DEBUG option there. This should give some detailed hints.

Thanks Jan, sorry - I should have seen that. Anyway, still not working but I've taken it up with Microsoft. I'll report back in due course.
