password reset / email issue

Hi, I'm not receiving emails from my AppGini app. (Neither are users when they use the password reset.) It had been working - now it's not and I'm not aware that anything has changed. I use Server Address: smtp.office365.com Username: (my office365 email) Password: (my 365 Password) Port Number: 587 (With TLS). Any hints as to how to get going again?
