MySQL database user privileges

Post by dlee » 2021-05-19 02:27

I have attached a screen capture that shows the privileges I have set for my internet facing web app built with Appgini. I am not sure if I have the correct privileges set or not so would love to hear how you set the privileges for your app's MySQL user.

Thanks in advance,
TD

You should also check 'ALTER'. I'd also recommend 'CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES' .. though this one is not used currently, it might be in future releases.
 AppGini plugins to add more power to your apps:
  • DataTalk is an innovative AppGini plugin based on ChatGPT that allows you to interact with your AppGini database using natural language questions, without writing any SQL. Check the demo video
  • Mass Update plugin: Update multiple records at once and improve your workflow efficiency.
  • Check our other plugins and get a generous discount of up to 30% when buying 2 or more plugins.
