Hi, is it possible to have a form (table) that allows users to send feedback which would go to the admin email. In the email it would have the feedback text and the users email it came from?

have a look at the admin pageMail.php. That can give you a starting point.

Out of interest I came across a freebie on Appsumo. https://appsumo.com/announcefly/ It actually 'sold out' but they have a cheap lifetime license for it if anyone interested. I'm not affiliated in any way with them.

I got the last free one.

See attached - it creates a space where you can push messages (from their admin) and also has a Feebback form. Quite good it is and easily integrated with some code in header-extras.php.
