:D
Honestly, the screenshots don't look as good as the actual pages due to the resizing. Bootstrap is truly amazing.
Well ... I guess I'm very near the target of releasing a beta this week, followed by the final release within 10 days or so.

My site has entered "Beta" and, barring a few issues and fixes on the to-do list is available to view. I haven't given the link out to my user-base yet - just a few testers.

The site is an archive for my local community in Perthshire, Scotland. No login needed to browse the files, which are mostly history documents, newspaper cuttings mentioning local places, etc.

Couldn't have done it without AppGini! And thanks to all who continue to assist on the forums.

Forgotten 80s Club

Post by Royalridge » 2016-02-17 15:23

http://forgotten80sclub.com/playlist was developed with AppGini.

The "Playlist" table makes extensive use of hooks to provide drop-down filters and the detail view makes use of hooks to look up data from other (non AppGini) tables in the database. Also in the Playlist Detail View where a row doesn't have an entry for the artists profile the hooks make use of cURL calls to try and "best guess" the artist in the www.discogs.com database.

Further use of the AppGini database is made in the main blog site http://forgotten80sclub.com where the Wordpress "EZ SQL Reports Shortcode Widget and DB Backup" plugin is used to generate reports from the database for complex queries. For example the "Last Show Stats" page: http://forgotten80sclub.com/playlist/last-show-stats/

shasta59 wrote:I have developed the following for appgini. All are closed sites so there is nothing to access/see but here is an overview:

baseball umpires - full site that tracks member info, diamonds used, teams, associations, bookings of members to umpire games, contact list, supervisions (members get reviewed and supervised to assist in getting better), incident reports. For incident reports it send out an email to the correct organization president advising them of incident along with all other relevant parties. Tracks member qualifications and much much more. Has an online training component it links to for ongoing training tracking. Sub part of system publishes web page to allow looking up to see what umpire is booked to what game.

store - system is used to track inventory discrepancies, returns, used product and availability of same, vacation requests and many more areas. This is spread across three store locations and three provinces. It emails out to proper people when something is entered. Eliminated all the paper forms. On returns to suppliers it allows them entry to look up their records and then put in details if needed. Working on interface to main supplier system. Setup system to make it very easy to add who gets notified of addition by using a hook to lookup in a table who to email. This way additions and deletions of notifications is easily done.

Charity (two different charities it was developed for) - tracks their tasking for their clients and allows their volunteers to access from anywhere now it is web based. Mostly eliminated paper forms and handing them in. Signed forms are scanned in by volunteers and added to records. In one case the system has reduced clerical workload by over 65%. Allowed person doing the clerical stuff to do more relating to service the charity provided. Means more donated funds go to the client population rather than admin etc.

Any questions just ask.
Hello if u do not mind can u share a store application file to me?, because i want to start to working Point of sales project but dont want to start it from the beginning..hehehe

The store application looks interesting and applicable to what I am working. I am working on service tickets with inventory on trucks and in our warehouse and also adding barcode scanning. If you can share the store file that would be awesome.

I cant wait for forms to be integrated my project will move ahead quite a bit.

How did you make the calendar here https://karmagestionaletecnici.com/demo ... ndario.php ? It looks really good, and I'd like to do something similar in my AppGini apps. Thanks!

I'm flattered, thank you!

Honestly I've shared a lot of this app's functionality in this forum, subscription process goes through hotmart, the scanning code that integrates with openfoodfacts.org, a lot of the design items from paid memberships of services like flaticon and shutterstock, lots of mySQL statements, making sure to secure vulnerabilities, the comment system is an integration with commentics, the support system is an integration with hesk, the rest is a loooot of HTML, .css, javascript, jQuery, PHP coding going on, I studied Appgini to learn how to use it without having to generate new applications through the engine, that will prevent fitbook from updating to future Appgini's versions but thats fine with me since this project is extensively customized, there are some core files that let you accomplish a lot such as: datalist.php, incCommon.php , .html templates, this project is scheduled for launch post-pandemic, some real huge influencers are backing it up in brazil, theres also a robust affiliate system in place, there's some real hope in here lol its just cool that you can take an amazing tool like appgini and reinvent the wheel, love the software and the community, keep it up guys.

Cheers!

Luggage And Parcel Delivery Management System
You can find it here https://gum.co/vsSUvB
I have developed this Luggage and parcel delivery management system which is a web-based database application software developed to help businesses in the transport industry that deal with the delivery of luggage and parcel to customers in various parts of the country.

In many cases these businesses or companies find themselves having a lot of manually written records that could be very tedious and cumbersome. With this system, everything is stored in a central database making it easier to store and retrieve information.

The application has up to 10 modules that make workflow easier in the transportation and delivery system. You can easily capture customer details, and be able to re-use this data in the future when the same customer comes back instead of rewriting the same in voluminous book records. You can easily define the pricing of luggage and parcels based on the weight in the system that will be used to bill customers.

You can assign a driver bulk packages which are assigned a single delivery number which will be used to track the delivery process of these packages. When the driver delivers or arrives at a parcel and luggage pickup station they provide the delivery number which is used to update the status of all the packages concerned and an SMS is automatically sent to all the recipients of the packages to come to collect their packages.

When recipients come to pick their packages their details are captured in the system and the status of the package is updated automatically in the system.

With the robust and intuitive dashboard interface, it becomes very easy for all pickup station agents to view and search any data in the system.

The admin is responsible for adding pickup stations in the system and the responsible agents/persons. When an agent is added an account is created for this agent for a particular station, the full name of the user combined becomes the username of the user eg: John Doe user name will be johndoe same as password and they can later log in to change the password under their accounts.

You can also easily print package labels using the system, you just select all the packages and select print labels. This can be used for the identification of packages from station to station.

The system also has summary reports of important data in the system.

Here is a project I created ,using Appgini, for my ham radio club to use for the annual field day exercise. In the past they would have several copies of paper lists for members to use to sign up for a particular mode (cw ssb vhf gota) and time slot. This app replaces all of that. In particular the ability of Appgini to handle permissions made it easy to control who could do what in the app. Here are a couple of screen captures of the app.
