recover database

Good morning,
I hope this is posted in the correct forum.
I created a database using Appgini v.5.76 rev. 1058, MariaDB v.10.4 running on Abyss web server X1 v.2.12.1
Everything worked fine until I decided ( for no good reason
) to uninstall MariaDB ( kept the data directory ).
I did this because I wanted to use another database but changed my mind and reinstalled MariaDB.
Well, now nothing is working(structure is there but with no data). I was left with the files in the data directory that have extensions .frm and .ibd.
Can the data be recovered ? If yes, how ?
