a) Question 1

Following the video lesson in Udemy, I tried to make similar changes to my Sales Order form, but it is not working.

Please find below the link to the screenshot as well as the php table file form hooks, so that you can guide me where I am going wrong.

b) Question 2

Is it possible to build queries?
I want build an input form where fields are picked up from different tables and when I fill data, it gets uploaded in the respective table

and for your second question , yes you can build you own forms , and build your own pages
