Guidance Please

Need guidance on best way to accomplish this if possible.

I have 900 members.
2 groups, Professional and Student
Each member has basic contact info that can be viewed by all logged in members.
Each member needs to have an private area/view that only they can see.

You can create 2 tables, one for contact info and one (or more) for other private data. In the admin area, configure both groups so that they can edit their own records for the contact info table and view all. For the other private data table(s), configure both groups to view/edit only their own records.
