AppGini Community Forums

I have a family owned business I do all their IT work. I've been looking into learning MySQL in more depth and have been looking at AppGini for period of time and thought about purchasing.

Normally the best purchases are from robust forums that I know I can get quick answers from.

With over 2,000 members, I see there are a good number of posts that HAVE NOT been answered for over a week. My business cannot afford that.

My other concern is that there appears to be little support either, without a phone number.

Can someone tell me how long it takes Support to answer?

Some critical questions before I would think about purchasing and consider another product.

Thanks for your interest in AppGini. The forum is mainly for the community to interact and share tips and customizations. We do reply to some posts but it's not the main support channel. Our main support channel is the support form on the site at http://bigprof.com/appgini/support-request ... We don't currently provide phone support unfortunately. Questions sent via the support request form usually take less than 2 working days to address but in some cases depending on the complexity of questions might take longer.
