Hello,
I'm having an issue with the detail view of records in a parent table that has children ones! As shown in the attached image I'm getting duplication for 'Missed Shipments' and 'Customers Issues' tables, but not for the other 4!! I checked if I made a mistake in the settings of these two tables but didn't find any! Did anyone face this issue before? What might be the cause and how can I fix it?

I think the issue is occured in generation of axp file. So will you please again generate the php code with new folder and with new database, then it may be solved.

While creation of the application please disable the one of the tick marks for a table which is displayed two times (or) don't select the option show icon in relationship

Apply the actions one by one

I occasionally have had same problem and it is because of multiple lookup fields from same table.
Checking the box for autofill option in all except the first of the lookup fields from the same table solved my problem.
