Blank page when trying to download CSV

Hi all.

I'm using AppGini 5.75 and the application is working fine except that when I click o save CSV the response is a blank page. I compared the permissions of the folder with another server with another application where I can download the CSV. In both cases I'm using IIS 10 and the administrator user for the AppGini application.

Please, what I have to look for it to work?

Hi,

do you habe any hook-code in you application. It could be that there is a SQL error and that causes the page to be displayed blank.

Also, try checking your server error log file ... if there is some error, it would be logged there. For IIS, please see this article on how to find the log file: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/co ... s/logfile/
