Hello
Shasta59 (Alan) here. I was gone from this board for a very long time due to a medical condition which lost me control of my body from the lower back and down. (One day fine then next could not move legs etc) Got out of hospital recently and can once again move around etc. So I am trying to catch up on many posts etc. It is going to take a while. Only allowed to sit in front of a computer for about an hour a day or so. Thanks goodness for the Canadian health care system. Treated me well and only cost was some drugs for me to take at home.
Also have to learn new version of AppGini.
Alan

Alan,
I am so sorry to hear of your medical troubles. Wishing you a quick and full recovery. Canadian Healthcare is wonderful. If you are waiting for something considered routine the wait might be long but for emergencies they really take good care of you. We owe my eldest daughters life to the excellent doctors at the BC Children's Hospital.
All is great here. We missed you.
Regards,
Kerem

Thanks Kerem. I am now working out an easy way to change the forms so that columns can be side by side or more. In the last version AppGini used tables. Now it is all css. I like to be able to have a form more horiziontal with possible varying widths. I am now learning how bootstrap works so I can work within that model with css and make easy adjustments to the look on screen. When I have this worked out I will advise.
I have already modified it so that I have an option that allows the selection of a different css scheme. You pick the name and look when the user logs in and then you can pick your default colour/look scheme. I have placed this in the user pref area. Still working out bugs before it becomes prime time and I post it here. It works 98% of the time but it is that 2% that is giving me grief. I just load the css files and have a drop down list that lists the names. When picked it places it into a variable which is read when the user logs in. Issue seems to be with browser caching I think. 2% may not be much but I would like it to work 100%.
