Calculated fields

Hi i m working on a project where i have Calculated fields.
start time end time that works no problem.
i have a Deduct field that i like to Deduct an hour or 2 what ever it might be.
Final i have a Ticket number culm i like to auto generate like a 0002+1.
what's my best approach on this?
