Doing a test of the plugin and when I go to generate the report this is the error message I get.
I just downloaded the version from the web site.
any ideas what is causing this?

I know this is very late but just wanted to reply in case someone is facing this issue: just make sure to upgrade to the latest release of Summary Reports (the issue was fixed in version 3.5)
