DataTalk Plugin Not Displayed under Plugins

Hello,

I have copied plugins directory of DataTalk to my project directory, but I don't see DataTalk under plugins menu in Admin Area.

Am I missing anything ?!

Just to be sure:
Is it inside 'plugins' directory?

Yes, it is under plugins directory.
