I must have put a wrong code into the dashboard builder and now the page does not load anymore. Where is the sql code stored, so that I can delete it?
Or what other way is there to recover the page, short of deleting all the appginilte files?
Thanks
Hello, to trace the dashboard files , you head over to appginilte folder then find a folder named views , inside here you'll find all the dashboard files , then locate the one you had made changes to and open in your code editor and modify it from there .

Hi Ronnie

Quick question - sorry if this sounds stupid! Is it possible to open an info card link in a new tab? None of the parameters appears to have the option for a new tab and I have been googling all evening trying to work this out...

Thank you

Hello currently not possible unless you modifying the function but I will add the option to do so on the parameters in our June 2024 release.

Hello tchandra , This issue has been noted and I will ensure it gets fixed in our next release alongside other minor configurations. Thanks for your patience.
AdminLTE Plugin For Appgini PRO Changelog Version 24.07.06

Fixes
Fixed: Show filter before table view, previously when this was enabled it was not behaving as intended, now fixed it. You can make this by now going to the App settings,Table Menus, and selecting the table you want and enable filter before table view
FireShot Capture 653 - Apollo Tours ERP - localhost.png

Fixed: Show record count on table cards on dashboard. Now you can manually disable showing of record counts for any table by going to the App settings, Table Menus, and selecting the table you want and disable record count display on home page.

New Features

Added:
'Fixed Table Headers' option for styled tables. Added functionality to lock table headers in place when scrolling through large datasets, enhancing table usability and readability. You can enable this by going to the App settings, general settings, general configurations and enable styled tables, then enable fixed table headers.

Hello,

We have just acquired the AdminLTE Plugin For Appgini, which seems excellent. We would like to report something that might be a bug, unless we are making a mistake. In the Group Admins field, the Membership Groups appear correctly, but when we click on a group, it takes us to the page appginilte_group_admins.php?group=7, which never loads.

Could you please look into this?

Thank you for your time.

Hi Ronnie
I have upgraded to the latest verion but my headers have disappeared! Usually I have the navbar along the top which allows us to return to the homepage but I dont know what has happened. I have tried uninstall and reinstall but I think my header.php is corrupt....

Do you have any clues on where I can search for the issue?

Also, do you have any update on when the individual user dashboard might be implemented?

Thanks

Hi

further to my post above, it seems that the header has been hidden but I don't know why?

I had a webpage open from yesterday which still showed the header, this has the nav class as hidden-print and none of the test is greyed out.

<nav class="navbar navbar-default navbar-fixed-top hidden-print" role="navigation">

I am not sure what I have done or how to find out how the navbar has been hidden?

Please can someone help

And I have just discovered - if I open a table from the dashboard, the navbar appears at the top. If I use the table title to navigate, the navbar disappears...

So it is something to do with the table title?

You could share a screenshot of what you are experiencing for better understanding

For individual users, you can create using : universal_Top_homelinks or universal_Bottom_homelinks then just do checks for username and display what you want

Sorry to be a pain

Please can you explain how I do the checks for username on the Universal links?

I have tried different versions this evening, although I can use $username in the sqlquery, I can't work out how to implement a "show info card 2 if username = 'ckebbell" in the html before the div row?

I am sorry if this is a stupid question/

How to enable add new records from Table Card?

In original AppGini, there is option to allow add new records from Table Card as follows:

I have tried Info Box 1, Info Box 2 and Info Box 3.

Besides, is there a way for us to add more Info Box 4, Info Box 5, ... by ourselves?

Hello, the question is not stupid, you can do:

Code: Select all

<?php
if($username = ='ckebbell"){ ?>
<div>Show div here for the user</div>
<?php } ?>

Hello, we will work to extend this feature on the AdminLTE Plugin in future releases, sorry for the inconvenience

This is because the table header is located inside an Iframe so that is why you are seeing while navigating using table view header the URL on browser will not update but the Iframe will navigate

Thanks Ronnie, great to hear that.

It would be nice to also include something similar to the original Table Card (which is with Table Description portion) as Info Box 4.

Sometimes we can use the Table Description to provide some guidelines/instructions/information to the users, especially new users.

Hi, I used the custom page builder to create a data table.
Unfortunately, the ORDER BY is not respected in the SQL query and the generated table orders the data on any field.
We can then order the column with the build-in sorting tool, but this works only on one column, I would need the data to be sorted on 2 fields.
Any way to fix this?
Thanks
Thomas

Hello, this you can use hooks/table-dv.js to conditionally hide the fields based on the logged in user group

Using the plugin: Go to the User area permissions-> on the plugin, then select detail view->, then got to hidden fields for any group/table you wish and select the fields you want hidden.
