Hi,
Sure this is a stupid question...

If I'm gonna use mass update and calendar plugin into a single app.... I only need one folder for both plugins and a single sub-folder called plugins-resources.... am I write?

you're right. The folder "plugins" contains all merged ressources provided by the different plugins.
Attached for example Search Page Maker and Calendar ...
