SPM and summary

Hi,
I created an app and i have 2 issues:
1. When i use SPM to filter the table after a lookup field(dropdown) is does not display any results.
2. Summary reports can't add reports. I click the add report , set the settings and when i click Done it does not add any report(with different configurations).
