Summary Reports Plugin

hi Ahmad, I have purchased the Summary Reports Plugin but cannot get passed the output folder option. it brings up the default path which is correct but i get invalid error

Probably this might be due to lack of write permissions to the folder. That is, the plugin can't write files to that path. If your server is linux-based, try changing the owner of the folder to the same user running the Apache/nginx process. Hi everybody.

I have the same problem, on Windows/IIS platform. I gave all permission to the folder but nothing. I have tried with different kind of "/" and "\" nothing. Very frustrating....

Naturick, what I did was CHMOD the folder to 777, did what I needed to with the summary reports plugin and the change permissions back.

I tried with Everyone full permission
I tried with command line and with windows UI...
Same result.

Hi,

not sure if I can help as I do not have the plugin. But looking at the screenshot, have you give the IIS_IUSRS the permissions?

Hello! Thank for support.

Yes, IIS_IUSRS has "Full Control" on folder.
