Summary Reports Plugin
Summary Reports Plugin
hi Ahmad, I have purchased the Summary Reports Plugin but cannot get passed the output folder option. it brings up the default path which is correct but i get invalid error
Re: Summary Reports Plugin
Probably this might be due to lack of write permissions to the folder. That is, the plugin can't write files to that path. If your server is linux-based, try changing the owner of the folder to the same user running the Apache/nginx process. Please check this page for more details: https://github.com/olab/Open-Labyrinth/ ... -server%3F

Hi everybody.
I have the same problem, on Windows/IIS platform. I gave all permission to the folder but nothing. I have tried with different kind of "/" and "\" nothing. Very frustrating....

Re: Summary Reports Plugin
Naturick, what I did was CHMOD the folder to 777, did what I needed to with the summary reports plugin and the change permissions back.
Re: Summary Reports Plugin
I tried with Everyone full permission
I tried with command line and with windows UI...
Same result.

Re: Summary Reports Plugin
Hi,
not sure if I can help as I do not have the plugin. But looking at the screenshot, have you give the IIS_IUSRS the permissions?

Any help offered comes with the best of intentions. Use it at your own risk. In any case, please make a backup of your existing environment before applying any changes.
Re: Summary Reports Plugin
Hello! Thank for support.
Yes, IIS_IUSRS has "Full Control" on folder.
