Probably this might be due to lack of write permissions to the folder. That is, the plugin can't write files to that path. If your server is linux-based, try changing the owner of the folder to the same user running the Apache/nginx process. Please check this page for more details: https://github.com/olab/Open-Labyrinth/ ... -server%3F

Hi everybody.

I have the same problem, on Windows/IIS platform. I gave all permission to the folder but nothing. I have tried with different kind of "/" and "\" nothing. Very frustrating....

Naturick, what I did was CHMOD the folder to 777, did what I needed to with the summary reports plugin and the change permissions back.

Hi,

not sure if I can help as I do not have the plugin. But looking at the screenshot, have you give the IIS_IUSRS the permissions?
Any help offered comes with the best of intentions. Use it at your own risk. In any case, please make a backup of your existing environment before applying any changes.

Hello! Thank for support.

Yes, IIS_IUSRS has "Full Control" on folder.
