Datatalk 2.0

Post by jbtyler2 » 2025-01-08 03:45

Hi all,
I cannot seem to get this plugin to work. I receive the error below. I followed the video. When I use the API key provided in the OpenAI portal the status does change from "never used" to the proper date. I know it is talking.

An error occurred while processing your question.
{"status":"error","message":"ChatGPT didn't return a query. Please make sure your OpenAI API key is valid and active."}

Anyone? Since it is still being sold I would assume there would be a fix. I am running the latest version of appgini. If I cannot get support would it be possible to get a refund order # BIG230510-1100-98148

The issue has been there since August 2024, no resolution it seems on the other post as well: https://forums.appgini.com/phpbb/viewto ... =12&t=5456

For anyone facing the issue of an invalid API key, this is most probably due to not having any credit in your OpenAI account. OpenAI provides an initial free credit of $5 or so when you sign up, and it expires in 2 or 3 months. After that, your API keys stop working until you charge your OpenAI account with some credit.
