Xampp or Appgini 25.10 suddenly stop working? Reinstall both got error

For some unknown reason, my Xamps and Appgini stop working. Giving all kind of weird errors.

So I re-install both. Both working fine for few days.

Then Xampp suddenly not working, can not access, file not found, or some similar error.
I un-install the Xampp, and reinstall again.

1) Uninstall Xampp
2) Re-install Xampp, can not install on top of existing c:/xampp, so have to remove the whole folder, and install as fresh.
3) Re-Create the database in phpMydamin. Re-create the Admin User. At this time all tables are still empty.
4) Export Appgini into the C:\xampp\htdocs\myapp\
5) access via localhost/myapp/ it access the setup.php, but then it shows all the tables created with a check box on left.
After all tables created, it hang for a while, then give me this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in C:\xampp\htdocs\apr\admin\incFunctions.php on line 384

5) I have tried uninstall and reinstall Xampp few times, it still give the same error.
I even tried install in D: still same error.

Can some one advise what is wrong?
Re-install too many times?

Additional info, the localhost/myapp can not access after getting this error message.
setup.php also can not access, no files can access, accept the http://localhost/dashboard/ welcome message.

It keep loading for a long time, until time up! 2 min I think.

Now I totally can not do anything either with Appgini or Xampp.
I am trying on a new computer now.

Update:
I reinstall on another PC, and it works just fine. Meaning the Xampp installation file is ok. My AXP file is also OK.

This much be some "left over" setting by either Xampp or Appgini, on this PC that keep causing the same errors, after few times of reinstalling due to errors.

Anyone has any idea what happend?
