Saving admin settings

When I save the admin settings, only a notification is displayed. The page is no longer visible afterward. The page content should be displayed after saving, or a back button is needed.

There is indeed a link to go back to admin settings after saving:

Hi Ahmed,
thank you very much. I have seen it now. The 'Back' link is in the language file. I probably have an old German language file that doesn't include the change.
